Each unit consists of two bedrooms: one with a queen-size bed and the other equipped with a bunk bed for two children. Children aged 10-12 years are charged N$ 500, while those aged 13-18 are charged at 100% of the sharing rate. The units feature amenities such as a television, lounge area, desk space, coffee and tea station, mini bar, hair dryer, safe, and air conditioning.
